David, engineer, explained everything from his first site inspection. When completing the work he talked through exactly what would be happing. Locations he required access too and understood the complexity of the home. He ensured all areas remained tidy and removed all tools when no linger required. David was an absolute pleasure to have working within our home.

Engineer Steve was brilliant.we thought it was aerial he checked on meter for strength of signal and said it was strong.He found it was the old sky box causing problem.Rang them and office gave us a price which was ok so Steve fixed it super now.Steve even put covers on his shoes.First class service throughout.

Hi there rang up yesterday asked about an aerial they was going to try get me in yesterday afternoon but think it was too late in the day so they sent a message saing they be around first thing so they came out 9am. So Mark the engineer instantly saw the old aerial was damaged gave me the quote straight away so i agreed to it. Mark then went on to say that i live in apoor signal aerial noticed the trees might be in the way. Engineer arrived on time, worked out the problem and gave me a quote for installing new satellite dish. Dish was installed immediately with no fuss and my Sky is now working perfectly again. Engineer was friendly and helpful throughout. I'd happily use HDS again.

Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.
